　ジョンが５歳の息子ジュリアンのために書いた作品。リンゴ・スターが歌っている。

この７月の末には、ポールがジュリアンのために Hey Jude を書いている。なお、翌８月には、ジョンと妻シンシアの離婚訴訟が始まっている。

⑪　Dear Prudence　　 (1968年8月 rec.)　　　ジョン・レノン　　意図的引用

　プルーデンスとは、フランク・シナトラの妻でミア・ファローの妹のプルーデンス・ファローのこと。1968年2月にインドへ瞑想修行に行ったとき、プルーデンスは、修行に熱中しすぎて３週間も閉じこもったままであった。それでジョンは、プルーデンスを誘う歌を作ったという。
