Kojiki The second volume

△Yamato is country's spiritual home.
YamatotakerunoMikoto left there and arrived at the area of Taginu. He said as follows.
"My mind intended to always fly in the sky, and my foot could not walk, and it was just in Tagishi. (lameness)"
Thus, it names the place it and say Tagi.

Because he was so tired when he went out a little from there, he was accompanied, and he walked the stick slowly. Therefore it names there it and says Tsuetsukizaka.
He reached a Hitotsumatsu (one pine) of Wotsunosaki. When it was him or ate before, there was still the sword which he forgot. Therefore he wrote the following Japanese poem.
"Hitotsumatsu growing in Wotsunosaki which is opposite to Wohari. I will let you wear a sword if this pine is a person. I will let you put on a kimono. Hitotsumatsu."

He left there and arrived at Mihenomura. He said as follows.
"My foot was tired very much like Mihenomagari."
Therefore it names there it and says Mihe.
He has advanced from there and has arrived at Nobonu. He remembered a country (home) and composed the following poetry.
"Yamato is a splendid state. The mountains such as the blue fence overlap. Yamato nestling in that is very beautiful."

Next he composed the following poetry.
"People in good health prick the hair with a leaf of Kumakashi of the heap of Heguri and enjoy life. Cheerful people."
This poetry is a song of homesickness. Later, he composed poetry.
"Cloud wells up from the direction of my dear home."

This poetry is Katauta.
His sickness changed suddenly at the same time, and it was in the dangerous state. He composed poetry.
"How would become the sword (sword of Kusanagi) which I put on the bed of girl (Miyazuhime)?
He has died. Hayumadukahi (courier) went to a capital.
