２年Ｂ組前半の国際理解の授業でRoses are red の唄を聞いたあと、韻を踏んだ替え唄を作りました。２行目と４行目で韻を踏むのはむずかしかったようですが、素敵な作品がたくさん集まりました。韻とは、「同じ音で終わるラップ」のような感じで、英語の詩やポップスの基本です。
She made me lazy.
I woke up from the bed,
Picking her, into the bag
I became crazy.
彼女は私をだるくさせた。
私はベッドから起き上がって。
彼女を手に取って、カバンに入れた。

どの詩も素敵です。日本の七五調（俳句・短歌・標語）のように、韻を踏んだ詩（マザーグース）は、とても口ずさみやすいです。ぜひ、みなさんも声に出して読んでみてくださいね。（赤と青がそれぞれ韻を踏んでいます）
さて、最後に・・・次の詩はビートルズが"Dear
Prudence" で作った替え唄です。ビートルズの替え唄もシンプルです。（皆さんの詩もビートルズに負けてないかも）
