Seikou Itakura (1895-1964)
He was born in Kyoto-shi on December 2, in Meiji 28. His real name be Syujirou. He graduates from the Kyoto municipal arts and crafts school painting family in Taisho 3. Also he graduated from a Kyoto municipal painting specialized school in 6. He learned mentor that, beauty picture from Keigetsu Kikuchi. The genre of painting in his early period was a classic theme and turned the contemporary customs such as the Japanese dancing girl to the new classic genre of painting that shows the style of mentor Keigetsu to the theme in the late year. He dies in Kyoto Pref. Otokuni-gun in Showa 39. Age at death 69 years old.

Condition : There are a little bit thin stain in painting. --There is no need to worry to much about it.
