Seigyu Kitakami (1891-1970) He was born in Hokkaido Hakodate in Meiji 24. His real name be Riichirou. His uncle be Japanese artist Syunzan Kitakami. He went to Kyoto in Taisho 2 and entered a private school to the picture cramming school of Seiho Takeuchi. Thereafter he got accepted with the exhibition of a lot. He did the flowers and birds picture with good. He is death in Showa 45. Age at death 79 years old. Condition: There are a little bit thin stain in painting.--There is no need to worry to much about it.
