2002予選(2) マシン性能がグリッドを決める

It is the 2nd time edited by series qualify which looks back upon 2002. Let's see the speed for every driver. Rank is located in a line for every team. As for the present age F1, rank tends to be fixed by the machine performance.


2002年を振り返るシリーズ予選編の2回目です。ドライバーごとの速さを見てみました。序列はチームごとに並んでいきます。現代F1はマシン性能で序列が固定化される傾向にあります。

It is primary higher rank 3 sequence of all 17 games. The share of higher rank 6 drivers by 3 teams reaches to 92%, and increases also 82 to 10% in 2001. It finished with Trulli having gone into the top 6 no less than 9 times in 2001 2002 only at 2 times.


全17戦の予選上位3列です。3強6台による上位3列の占有率は92%に及び、2001年の82%から10%も増大してしまいました。トゥルーリは2001年に9回もトップ6に入ったのに、2002年は2回だけに終わりました。

Sato was detached by Fisichella 0.36% (0.44 seconds).

Montoya recorded the most PP of the year. But he was fluctuating, it was content with the 4th place.



Ｍ.シューマッハと並んで年間最多ＰＰを記録したモントーヤですが、波が大きかったため4位に甘んじました。

The time for every session was averaged by 17 races.

Two sets of Ferrari show overwhelming speed to the first free practice. Although Williams pressed by qualify, it was echoed on Sunday that it is late on Friday which measures a race pace.

It is interesting that M. Schumacher is gives the same difference as Barrichello in Friday and Saturday at the completely same pace as Sunday. Couldn't Schumacher pass Barrichello by this cause?

Middle teams are confused fight. Although Renault has come out one step ago by the qualify, it is buried in the race.



セッションごとのタイムを17戦で平均しました。

フェラーリの2台が最初のフリー走行で圧倒的な速さを見せます。ウィリアムズは予選で迫りますが、レースペースを占う金曜に遅いことが日曜に響きました。

興味深いのは、Ｍ．シューマッハが金曜と土曜でバリチェロに同じ差をつけているのに、日曜にはまったく同じペースになっていることです。Ｍ．シューマッハはこのせいでバリチェロを抜けなかったのでしょうか。

中団は混戦です。ルノーが予選で一歩前に出ていますが、レースではうずもれています。

It is the qualify rate of each driver for the past four years.

M. Schumacher is in a high position much (moreover, it goes up every year). Coulthard, Irvine, and Frentzen are falling steadily to it.

While Honda hangs up for the purpose of catching up with top teams, the difference is spreading steadily every year.



過去4年間の各ドライバーの予選レートです。

Ｍ.シューマッハがずっと高位置にいます（しかも年々上昇）。それに対し、クルサード、アーバイン、フレンツェンはどんどん落ち目になっています。

ホンダはトップチームに追いつくことを目標に掲げながら、年々その差は開く一方です。
