冬のテストが終わりました。今回は、総周回数と、最後のヘレス、イモラ、フィオラノの状況を記します。テストの周回数はチーム力に比例していました。フェラーリの新車F2003-GAは抜きん出た速さですが、序盤の3戦を走る旧車F2002のタイムは、他チームに迫られています。
 The test of winter finished. This time, the total number of the circumference and the situation of the last Jerez, Imola, and Fiorano are described. The number of the laps of test was proportional to team power. Although new car F2003-GA of Ferrari has the speed not to be reached by rivals, the time of the old vehicle F2002 which runs for 3 games of the opening part is pressed by other teams.

この冬のテストで、チーム別の総周回数では、ウィリアムズがトップになりました。フェラーリとマクラーレンが続きます。テストにおいても、３強が多くこなしていることがわかります。ただし、5,000周を超えたウィリアムズは新車の調整に試行錯誤した上でのことでした。
そして、ルノー、ザウバー、ＢＡＲ、トヨタ、ジャガーといった中堅チームが2,000周前後で並びます。ジョーダンとミナルディはテストをあまりできませんでした。		 By this test of winter, Williams was topping with the total number of the laps by the team. Ferrari and McLaren continue. Also in a test, it turns out that about top three have managed mostly. However, Williams exceeding 5,000 laps was a thing after applying a trial-and-error method to adjustment of a new car. And medium teams called Renault, Sauber, BAR, Toyota, and Jaguar are located in a line over or below 2,000 laps. Jordan and Minardi were seldom able to do the test.

ドライバー別では、ウィリアムズ勢が１,２,４位を占めました。３強とも、最も多く走っているのは、ジェネ、バドエル、ブルツといったテストドライバーです。レギュラーではモントーヤが最多でした。ザウバーとジャガーはテストドライバーをおかず、そのかわりにレギュラーの二人が数多く走ることになりました。新人ではピッツォニアとダ・マッタが多く、ファーマンとウィルソンの少なさと対照的です。佐藤はビルヌーブにほとんどマシンを渡してもらえませんでした。 In by the driver, the Williams vigor occupied 1 and the 2 or 4th place. Sato did not have a machine almost passed to Villeneuve.

ヘレス（スペイン）
2月25日から2月28日まで行われたヘレス・テストでは、前半2日間がウェットになり、後半2日間がドライでした。
Ｍ・シューマッハ(F2003-GA)は前半のウェットだけでしたが、他を圧するタイムを出しています。クルサードは1秒落ち、モントーヤは2秒落ちでした。
一方、ドライの後半では、3日目にパニスが3強を抑えてトップと健闘しました。最終日にＲ・シューマッハがコース・レコードをマークしました。新車で苦闘するウィリアムズは最後に光明が見えました。ライコネンも好調です。バドエルはF2003-GAを初めてクラッシュさせてしまいました。		 Jelez (Spain)
By the Jerez test performed from February 25 to February 28, two days became wet in the first half, and two days were dry in the second half. Although M.Schumacher (F2003-GA) ran only the first half, he was taking out the time which presses others. Coulthard delayed for 1 second and Montoya 2 second. On the other hand, the dry second half, Panis stopped about top three on the 3rd day and worked hard with the top at them. R.Schumacher marked the course record on the final day. Finally Williams who has a close game with a new car was able to see. Raikkonen is also good. Badoer makes F2003-GA crash for the first time.
 

イモラ（イタリア）
フェラーリとマクラーレンが新車をデビューさせるサンマリノGP。その予行演習といった意味合いがあるイモラ・テストです。2月17日から2月19日では、フェラーリとザウバーが走りました。2月25日から2月27日は他の5チームが走りました。
Ｍ・シューマッハのF2003-GAは日を追うごとにタイムを伸ばし、誰も届かない領域に達しています。サンマリノGPでフェラーリの独走が見えてしまいます。
ビルヌーブがトップタイムをマークした日は、他チームのエース級は走っていませんでした。
フェラーリのF2003-GAは速すぎます。しかし、F2002が走る序盤の3戦なら、他チームも少しは勝負できるかもしれないという期待を抱きます。		 Imola (Italy)
San Marino GP for which Ferrari and McLaren make a new car come out. It is the Imola test with implications called the rehearsal exercise. Ferrari and Sauber ran on February 17 to February 19. Five teams of others February 27 ran from February 25. Whenever M.Schumacher of F2003-GA runs after a day, it lengthens a time, and it has arrived at the domain which nobody reaches. A runaway of Ferrari will be visible in San Marino GP. In the day when Villeneuve marked the top time, the ace class of other teams was not running. F2003-GA of Ferrari is too quick. However, if it is 3 races of the opening part to which F2002 runs, other teams also hold expectation that a few may be able to fight.
 

フィオラノ（イタリア）
2月21日から2月28日の間で、新たにフェラーリのテストドライバーになったマッサがF2002で走りました。シューマッハのF2003-GAに0.5秒落ちでした。F2002はこれ以上伸びる余地はなさそうです。他チームにとって、序盤3戦こそ、勝負できるチャンスではないでしょうか。		 Fiorano (Italy)
Massa which newly became the test driver of Ferrari between February 21 and February 28 ran by F2002. It was 0.5 second behind of Schumacher's F2003-GA. There is likely to be no room to extend F2002 more than this. Is opening part 3 races just the chance that can fight for other teams?
