The series which looks back upon 2002 is started. First of all, it is the 1st "rise of average speed" of qualify.

Speed was stopped by repair of a circuit 2002. Even if it deducts it, there is admiration whose speed rise became blunt.

2002年を振り返るシリーズを開始します。まずは予選編の1回目、「平均速度の上昇」です。

2002年はサーキットの改修で速度が抑えられました。それを差し引いても速度上昇が鈍った感があります。

PP average speed in 2002 became the small motion which went up only by 1.3km/h from the previous year. 

As for this, large repair of Hockenheim has influenced. It fell from 250km/h to 221km/h. Moreover, Nurburgring also fell from 219km/h to 206km/h by small repair.

2002年のPP平均速度は、前年から1.3km/h上昇しただけの小幅な動きになりました。

これは、ホッケンハイムの大改修が影響しています。250km/hから221km/hに下がりました。また、ニュルブルクリングも小改修で219km/hから206km/hに下がりました。

When 4GPs which had the change element among 17GPs are excepted, it is a 3.1km/h rise. 

Compared with 2000-2001 having gone up by 5.6km/h, it became loose. Did evolution of F1 begin to cut a hair?

It may be it having been the 5th year since vehicles regulation changed a lot in 1998, and having ripened technically soon.

17GPのうち、変動要素のあった4GPを除外すると3.1km/hの上昇です。

2000-2001が5.6km/h上昇したのに比べてゆるやかになりました。F1の進化は重箱の隅をつつきはじめたのでしょうか。

1998年に車両規定が大きく変わってから5年目になり、そろそろ技術的に熟してきたのかもしれません。

The difference in PP speed for the past three years is seen by GP. The effect of speed reduction came out of Europe and Germany. However, a high-speed circuit overly becomes only Monza and there is admiration which required the spur for drawing 1-ization. 

In the Monza, it is set to 259.9km and F1 average speed record was broken for the first time in 17 years.

GP別に過去3年間のPP速度の違いを見ます。ヨーロッパとドイツは速度低減の効果が出ました。しかし、超高速サーキットがモンツァだけになり、画一化に拍車がかかった感があります。

そのモンツァでは259.9km/hとなり、17年ぶりにF1平均速度記録が破られました。

The difference with the previous year is seen about each average speed of PP, the 10th place, and the 20th place.

It turns out that PP time in 2001 will fall to the 6th about place in 2002.

PP、10位、20位のそれぞれの平均速度について、前年との差を見ます。

2001年のPPタイムは2002年に6位くらいに落ちることがわかります。

What Pos. does 2001 Schumacher become by 2002?

It saw what position it would become by 13GPs in 2002 about the time of M.Schumacher who recorded PP of 11 times in 2001.

2001シューマッハが2002で何位になるか

2001年に11度のPPを記録したＭ・シューマッハのタイムを2002年の13GPで何番手になるか見てみました。

Although only Malaysia is PP, it will become 6.9th if it averages. Although it was Ferrari of the 2002 strongest, it did not become a match when it was F2001. 

Although it became loose, it is a match how it becomes quicker than previous year, previous GP. From now on, the basis to which the fighting from which F1 deletes what comma second increasingly becomes violent will be considered.

マレーシアのみPPですが、平均すると6.9番手になります。2002年最強のフェラーリですが、F2001だったら勝負にならなかったのです。

ゆるやかになったとはいえ、いかに前年、いや前のGPより速くなるかが勝負です。今後、F1はますますコンマ何秒を削る戦いが熾烈になっていくもとの思われます。
