And he made a sword of fake by Ichii (Japanese yew) and belted on a sword secretly. they bathed in Hinokawa together. And YamatotakerunoMikoto landed first. He possessed a sword of Idumotakeru and said as follows. "I'll change a sword." It attached Idumotakeru which went ashore later, the sword of the imitation of YamatotakerunoMikoto to the waist. YamatotakerunoMikoto said as follows. "Let's play a game." But Idumotakeru couldn't remove a sword of fake. In other words, YamatotakerunoMikoto pulled a sword and beat Idomotakeru to death. YamatotakerunoMikoto wrote the following 31-syllable Japanese poem. "The sword which Idumotakeru adds to a waist sows a lot of vines. The appearance is excellent, but is strange because there is not the sword blade. YamatotakerunoMikoto subjugated Idumonokuni in this way and returned to the capital and reported it. |
