The Taiwan Shinkansen test finished

　

 

　It will soon become ten months from last November when I joined with Taiwan Shinkansen project. I think everybody know this project because mass communication has been reported with an interesting feature. They described it might be impossible to carry out the revenue operation because civil contractor carried out a negligent earthwork and Japanese contractor were obliged to apply European specification to signal and communication system.

 It is true that the project progressed while holding a lot of complex phases because there are details to which the Japan union reversing received an order of the vehicle, the track, and the telecommunication of the remainder when earth work finished though European Union receives orders in bulk.

It is a international project in which Taiwan, France, Britain, the United States, Australia, Germany, Canada, Malaysia, South Africa, the Philippines, Thailand, South Korea, and the Japan participated. However, the country with Shinkansen in that is several countries. It is in Japan that has a long history and a certain technology.

When I joined the project, I was just nothing but surprised at terrible of the confusion shouted at the conference each other. My work is a coordinator. There is an obligation to manage to do. I tried to solve it by the chaos theory. It is the one that it is possible to classify into some patterns by often arranging any confusion, and the solution can be attempted. Seeing by such view point, I found out that such European people's technology level and problem-solving ability are low rather mere Cremer though they have high salary. Moreover, I noticed that there were a lot of people who blindly followed them in Japanese and Taiwanese. Is it an English complex?  The accident occurred several-times. The Europe and America people who says with an air of superiority, can't analysis and also can't propose the solutions. I was a specialist by chance,  I analyze the phenomena at site and proposed solutions without damage total schedule. Such event continued by several times. It is a strong point of technician national Japan. It have increased that Taiwanese ally to me. Such Europe and America people becomes silent and follow me.

 Although mass communication reported that test will be late several years, however 300km per hour running was achieved in May, all the tests finished in July, and the motorman skill driving has started in August. Revenue operation will be started on October 31. Kyushu Shinkansen started constructing earlier than Taiwanese Shinkansen was outstripped. We must respect Taiwanese achievement. Most project main members will go back to home country in August for that reason. Thanks to you, I am a homecoming by the functus officio at the end of August.

I joined a Taiwanese alumni association in the alma mater meanwhile. I attended welcome party of school principal coming to Taiwan, and participated golf competition Keio vs. Waseda that Keio success 8 victories, and then I felt Keio's network extending to world. The Taiwan alumni association in the alma mater association were a lot of business school where located at Hiyoshi. I felt a mysterious deep emotion as I lived in Hiyoshi.
