Packaging Directive　包装(パッケージング)指令

包装指令(Packaging Directive (94/62/EC))および、その改訂動向の説明があります。
１９９９年１２月に作成された最新の改訂原案(Working Document)では、１９９２年提案の包装廃材(Packaging Waste) 各物質(金属、ガラス、、)毎に、９０％の回収(Recovery)と６０％の再利用(Recycling)、または、各物質ごとの再利用目標(２０～７５％)と全体としての６０％再利用(回収目標無し)、が目標として提案されている。
また、ビール、炭酸飲料等の金属缶に対する規制の動きについても触れられています。
