FAQ Q ＩＴＵ－Ｔ(昔のCCITT)勧告を簡単に購入する方法は有りますか。

A ＩＴＵ（国際通信連合）の勧告は、ＩＴＵ本部のホームページにある、オンラインショップで購入できます。
３件／年の無償ダウンロード制度(末尾参照)があります。
オンラインショップ(ITU Electronic Bookshop)(http://www.itu.int/publications/bookstore.html) にはいり、
Standardization Sector (ITU-T)を選択します。。

現在有効な勧告（In force : 本体のほか、Amendment等も）がシリーズ別に整理されており、ダウンロードによるオンライン購入が可能です。

なお、正式発行前の勧告ドラフト(編集中のもの)は Pre-published、他の規格で置き換えられた旧勧告は、Supersededと表示されています。

勧告の検索(番号、キーワード、最近1週間～20年指定等)は、ここで可能。

上記で、例えば　I-series Recommendations(ISDN関係) を選択すると、 [I.112] Vocabulary of terms for ISDNs [I.113] Vocabulary of terms for broadband aspects of ISDN

のように、「勧告番号」、「表題」　が表示されます。

例えば、I.112の場合、左端の「[I.112]」をクリックすると

のように、番号、表題、ステータスが表示されます。ここで、たとえば [I.112(03/93)] を選択すると、
英語版、仏語版、西語版ごとに、購入可能なファイル形式(Word,PDF等)別一覧が表示されるます。

これらは、ファイル形式が異なるのみで内容的には同一です。掲載日付(Posted)が異なるのは、そのフォーマットに変換され、オンライン掲載された日付の違いと思われます。

該当する言語、ファイル形式の「番号」をクリックすると、選択画面に入ります。

一般人は、「BookShop」をクリックします。下記の選択となります。

○ I prefer to navigate through the Electronic Bookshop pages, adding selected publications to a shopping basket and finalizing my PURCHASE with a credit card or with an account customer ID: クレジットカード支払いによる購入の場合選択。
○ I wish to REGISTER in order to download up to three (3) ITU Recommendations free of charge: ３件／年(元日～大晦日?)まで、無償ダウンロードするために、登録する場合はここを選択。
○ I have already registered and wish to DOWNLOAD ITU Recommendations free of charge: 前項で登録済みであり、かつ、３件／年(ITU-T,R合わせ)の無償ダウンロード枠を使い切っていない場合は、ここを選択→無償ダウンロード
○ I wish to just BROWSE the Electronic Bookshop to know which publications are available: その他の刊行物(解説書、ハンドブックなど)。

支払いはクレジットカードが使用できます。普通の勧告は 20 CHF(スイスフラン)、日本円にして \1,500-程度ですので、必要な物があったら、割と気軽に購入できると思われます。
