RAIGO-IN　TEMPLE

日本の声明の修練道場として開山。鎌倉時代初期には４９の坊を数え、山中に声明が響き渡った。再興した良忍上人はここで念仏三昧の修行生活を送り、やがて融通念仏宗を開いた。。

写真はそれより約３００メートル山側の音無の滝。ここまで来るのは３０人に１人位かな？女性のヒールは石で傷つくから注意かな？

This temple was originally built between 851 and 853 by Jinku, the third Principal of Tendai Buddhism, but the buildings that you can see today were erected in 1533. The temple houses three seated Buddha statues Yakuchi, Amida, and Shaka all of which are Important Cultural Properties.
