Copenhagen Airport

Copenhagen Airport is the major airport serving Copenhagen, Denmark. It is located in the area 8 km south
of Copenhagen city center, and 24 km west of malmo City, Sweden, which stands at the other side of
the Oresund Bridge. It is the biggest airport in Scandinavia.


コペンハーゲン国際空港は北欧で最も多くの乗客が利用している。スカンジナビア航空の拠点空港である。
チェックインカウンターのスペースはそう広くないが、中の商業施設の広さには驚かされる。鉄道駅に直結し
ており、スェーデン、マルメ駅へ35分、コペンハゲン中央駅へ15分とアクセスの非常によい空港である。

The Copenhagen Airport Station
Denmark's DSB has a Flex Front type train, which make a train connection easier.


The railway station of Copenhagen Airport is located underneath the terminal building, and is an important
point for DSB passenger service. It connects with Malmo City and other cities in Sweden. Danish intercity
trains terminate at this station, going to the various places in Denmark, such as Arhus, Frederikshavn. SJ
of Sweden operates X2000 high-speed trains to Stockholm and Gothenburg.

Tobacco Seriously Damages Health.

2007年8月、デンマーク喫煙規制法により空港を含む屋内施設内が全面禁煙となった。タバコ包装に
表示される健康警告はこうした規制がとられる前から実施されていた。コペンハーゲン空港で特に
印象深かったのは、床に大きく書かれた「Tobacco seriously damages health」の警告であろう。
これは非常にインパクトのあるもので、空港管理者の強い意思表示が読みとれる。
